The protection of your personal data is also a special concern for us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website and our webshop.

Contact Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Data Storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as your contact and order data. Furthermore, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data is also stored with us: name, residential and/or delivery address, telephone number, email address, correspondence, possibly credit card or bank account data, and identification documents.
The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data transmission to third parties does not take place, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

Data Deletion

In the event of a cancellation of a purchase process, the data stored with us will be deleted afterwards. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a and/or lit b of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website and webshop use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
