Gold Wiener Philharmoniker 1 Ounce Backdated

The Vienna Philharmonic Gold has been minted by the Austrian Mint since 1989.

It is one of the most sought-after and popular classics among gold investment coins. Since its initial release in 1989, it has even been listed by the World Gold Council as the best-selling coin in the world. Until the introduction of the Euro in 2002, the nominal value was minted at 2000 Schilling.

To date, the mintage of the one-ounce gold coin stands at around 10 million pieces.

The fineness is very high at 999.9/1000. The designs chosen are the world-famous organ from the Musikverein building and instruments of the namesake orchestra.
